Chronic pain is pain that lasts longer than 6 months. After this period the healing process will have stopped and now the issue is not down to the area that’s hurting but is attributed to the brain and nervous system as a way of “protecting you”.

Chronic pain is very common and is seen often in our clinic. Chronic pain is complex and different for every individual where establishing the root cause of the pain and getting the body functioning properly and efficiently is Governing Functions’ main priority to help a patient progress through the journey of chronic pain and returning to a pain-free life.
